This is a very good Water Ionizer in my opinion. The design is elegant and is fitted in my kitchen room. The water test is quite good but I do not know how should taste it’s taste such as normal but different drinking water. The services of MIZUQI were very good & installation with the demo is just superb.

Wanted to share the feedback regarding MIZUQI Water Ionizer MW-501 which was just installed at my home. The service engineer Raj Bahadur did an excellent job right from starting the process to closing it. He was very professional, friendly, and cooperative, listened to our suggestions for fixing the unit in the right place, and then recommended his thoughts. He also explained all the details of the units/its parts/performance. Overall well appreciated his behavior and the way he handled it. Now coming to the unit, it’s just a few minutes since it was installed but feel it’s good. The design is excellent, compact and there is absolutely no noise of motor/other process. Will provide more feedback, after some time as I start using the unit more.

It’s been some time since I was searching for Water Ionizer and was reading reviews and asking colleagues and friends for suggestions, everyone had their own story to tell. I just saw one common factor service issue otherwise every product was almost the same. While browsing Google I just happened to see MIZUQI Water Ionizer (I knew that the new brand), first I was reserved to buy it, as I worried about how would be installed and service, but after reading some reviews of your service decided to take the risk (yes, risk because its new player to Water Ionizer market, you never know) to buy it. The purchase was easy, checked in a local shop, but found a good deal on the website, so bought it there. Delivery was prompt and the installation guy called the same day and took my appointment (same-day installation, I was impressed, yet curious). I am writing this mail to appreciation his work, I must say it was the best service I have received till now by any service engineer, He (Raj Bahadur, Installation Ref: 38440248 on 11th Aug 2022) came right on time he took an appointment, He wore gloves, head, leg covers (Wow, first time something so clean and neat) before entering the house. He explained about the installation, checked the location of the installation, and gave some good suggestions about placement. He started work, starting from opening the package, drilling holes, fitting, and getting it to work it was really very professional and prompt job. I had never seen anyone do such good work. (MIZUQI, you guys have thought through every detail and trained your engineers also very well).
I have already suggested a lot of my colleagues for buy it, Hope to receive the same response and service in the future as well. Good Job MIZUQI, You stood up to your name and trust!!
